摘  要:莫深1井是中石油的重点探井,设计完钻井深7380m,三开使用Φ311.2mm钻头钻进至6406m,单级固井一次封固2906m,这将导致长封固段顶部水泥浆会过度缓凝,不利于强度发挥的问题。针对这一难题,通过室内大量实验,对水泥浆体系进行改进、研究,优选出了合适的水泥浆抗高温外加剂,设计了满足施工要求且封固段顶部96h强度达到13.8MPa的水泥浆体系,结合莫深1井固井施工设计,较好地解决了高温深井长封固段固井问题。The well moshen-1 is an important exploration well of CNPC.The design well depth is 7380m.The third interval was drilled to 6406m using ф311.2mm bit.It will induce over delay of the top cement column and bad compressive strength of the cement stones to perform single-stage cementing of productive interval as long as 2906m.In response to this problem,studies are done to improve the cement slurry system through a large of experiments.So appropriate anti-high temperrature cement admixture is found,and a satisfactory cement slurry is designed with the comppressive strength reached 13.8MPa at the top for 96h which met the requriments of cementing job.Combined with the cement construction design,it sloved the cementing problem with high temperrature and long cement interval.
