摘  要:试验以烤烟红花大金元(下简称红大)和K326为材料,在相同条件下,采用漂浮育苗方法在盆栽条件下30 d后,对成苗时烟苗的农艺性状、根系活力、脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性和蛋白质含量等生理指标进行了研究。结果表明:K326烟苗的干物质累积量、株高、根系活力和脯氨酸含量均极显著高于红大烟苗;且过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶的活性K326品种也极显著高于红大,蛋白质含量则相反。均表明2个烤烟品种移栽后生育及抗性存在着一定差异。The experiment was conducted to study the difference of some agronomical and physiological characters, root activity in seedling between flue-cured tobacco varieties HD and K326, under the same nutrition concentration and management in float system and pot cultivation. The results showed that tobacco plants of K326 variety had more accumulation of dry matter, higher activity of root and higher content of proline at the time for transplanting than those of HD variety. Moreover, the activity of peroxidase, catalase and polyphenoloxidase were also higher in K326 plants than in HD plants at 30 days after transplanting, but the content of protein was the reverse. It is suggested that those difference mainly contribute to the different resistant ability for K326 and HD varieties.
