摘 要:采用8个微卫星标记对12匹宁强矮马的遗传多样性进行了分析,结果表明,在6个微卫星位点上存在遗传多态性,COR059有8个等位基因,ICA40有5个等位基因,AHT040有8个等位基因,UM016有9个等位基因,UM002有6个等位基因,TKY21有5个等位基因,各位点平均有效等位基因数4.93、平均多肽信息含量为0.743、平均杂合度0.78,数据表明宁强矮马保持了较为纯净的原始基因库,对宁强矮马这一濒危物种进行资源评价、保护和开发利用研究提供了分子水平的理论依据。The genetic diversity of 12 Ningqiang pony was studied by using eight microsatellite markers. The results showed that 6 microsatellite loci had characteristic amplified bands. COR059 had 8 alleles, ICA40 had 5 alleles, AHT040 had 8 alleles,UM016 had 9 alleles,UM002 had 6 alleles, TKY21 had 5 alleles, and the average effective number of alleles (Ne) was 4.93. The average polypeptide information content (PIC) was 0.743 and the average miscellaneous appropriate (H) was 0.78. These indicated that Ningqiang pony kept the original genes, and provided some theoretical fundation in evaluating, protecting and developing rare Ningqiang pony resource.
