摘  要:试验选用180只1日龄体重为59.46 g±0.09 g的樱桃谷肉仔鸭,随机分为4组,每组3个重复(栏),每重复(栏)15只鸭,分别饲喂日粮为玉米-豆粕型、稻谷-玉米-豆粕型、稻谷-玉米-豆粕型+500mg.kg-1复合酶制剂和稻谷-玉米-豆粕型+1 000mg.kg-1复合酶制剂。在第7和14天,每个重复选取体重近似的5只肉仔鸭进行屠宰试验,分别计算了十二指肠、空肠、回肠、肌胃、腺胃、胰脏、肝脏、胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏等的相对重量,测量了十二指肠、空肠、回肠在自然状态下的长度。结果表明,在第8~14天肉仔鸭稻谷型日粮中,添加复合酶制剂显著降低了肉仔鸭肌胃、肝脏、空肠和回肠的相对重量(P<0.05),显著提高了法氏囊的相对重量(P<0.05);添加1 000 mg.kg-1复合酶制剂显著降低了胰脏和十二指肠的相对重量(P<0.05),显著提高了胸腺的相对重量(P<0.05);但在肉仔鸭稻谷型日粮中添加复合酶制剂对小肠各段长度却没有显著性的影响(P>0.05)。180 1-day-old 59.46 g±0.09 g cherry valley ducks were randomly assigned into 4 groups each with 3 replicates of 15 ducks, and fed the different diets as corn-soybean, paddy-corn- soybean, compound enzyme complex (500mg·kg^-1) and compound enzyme complex (1 000 mg·kg^-1) in paddy-corn-soybean hased diet. On 7^th and 14^th,day 5 ducks were randomly selected from each replicates and were slaughtered and collected test samples for determination of the duodenum relative weight, jejunum relative weight, ileum relative weight, muscular stomach relative weight, glandular stomach relative weight, pancreas relative weight, liver relative weight, spleen relative weight, bursal relative weight, thymus relative weight, the length of duodenum, jejunum and ileum. The result showed that: supplemental compound enzyme(500mg·kg^-1 and 1 000mg·kg^-1) in paddy-corn-soybean based diet for 8-14-day-old duck, significantly decreased the relative weight of muscular stomach, jejunum, ileum and liver (P〈0.05), significantly increased the relative weight of bursal (P〈0.05). Supplemental compound enzyme (1 000mg·kg^-1) in paddy-corn-soybean based diet, significantly decreased the relative weight of pancreas and duodenum and increased the relative weight of thymus (P〈0.05). But supplemental compound enzyme complex in paddycorn-soybean based diet of duck had no significantly difference on the length of duodenum, jejunum and ileum (P〉0.05).
