摘 要:双向开关的换流是实现矩阵变换器的关键,但由于器件的固有开关时间以及驱动电路延时的个体差异,两个开关间的换流不能在瞬间同时完成。在分析经典的4步换流的基础上,借助窄脉冲的概念解释了换流过程中存在的不完全换流现象,并说明其危害。同时,从避开致使窄脉冲产生因素的角度出发,提出一种改进的双线电压合成策略以优化MC的输入输出性能,并将其与传统的窄脉冲处理方法作比较,说明该方法的优越性。最后通过仿真和实验得到结论的正确性。The current commutation between bi-directional switches is critical for the realization of matrix converter. But for the inherent on and off time of the switches and the delay time of drive circuits, the commutation of two switches can't complete instantaneously. Based on the analysis of the typical four-step commutation, the concept of narrow pulse was introduced to explain the incomplete commutation during the process of commutation, the hazard of which was also demonstrated. From the point of avoiding the factors that result in narrow pulses, an improved line-to-line voltage synthesis method was presented to optimize the input and output performance. And it is compared with the traditional method of dealing with narrow pulses to demonstrate the superiority of the presented method. Finally, the simulation and experimental results verify the above conclusions.
