论我国价格听证主体制度的完善

摘　　要：对尚处于起步阶段的价格听证制度而言,由于在听证主体的选择和确定上缺乏详尽的规范和程序设计,使得听证的功效发挥受到了制约。为此,必须从确定科学的公共代表人遴选机制、规范听证主持人制度和健全其他听证参与人的参与机制等方面加以完善。In the case of the price hearing system at the starting stage, its full effect is limited for lack of detailed standand and progranting in the choice and determination of the hearing main body. Therefore, we must consummate it by choosing＇scientific mechanism of public representatives, standardizing the hearing director system and improving the mechanism of other hearing participants and so on.
