摘　　要：地方高校学报在迅速发展的同时,也遭遇到一些困境,如运作模式落后、稿源结构失衡、版面费问题的困扰等。为了使地方高校学报能健康持续发展,应改变传统的出版模式,采用开放存取出版模式,并努力提高学报学术质量,增强为读者服务意识。With the rapid development, the journals of local universities are mired in a dilemma, such as the trouble of backward operation mode; the trouble of the unbalance in the structure of contribution sources; the trouble of typeface fees and so on. To mainrain the constant and healthy development of the jourmals of local universities, it is required to change the traditional mode of publieation; to adopt a new publication mode of open access; to make efforts to improve the academic quality of journals; to enhance the consciousness of serving readers.
