摘　　要：在19世纪和20世纪初美国经济的崛起过程中,美国学派经济学家对美国的经济政策制定产生了深远的影响,在美国成功赶超英法等发达国家的过程中功不可没。该学派的核心思想表现为:制造业立国;贸易保护主义;政府的重要作用;高工资战略;教育、智力和技术创新的重要性。同时,美国学派不仅作为技术创新经济学、李斯特经济学说和庞巴维克-费雪资本利息理论的先驱等在经济思想史中占据着不容忽视的重要地位,而且其发展战略和发展政策特别是高工资战略对当代发展中国家特别是我国仍然具有重大的现实借鉴价值。Economists of American school exerted an important influence not only on establishing American economic policies, but also on making enormous efforts to successfully overtake England and France and other developed countries from nineteenth century to the beginning of twentieth century during growing up of American economy. Key ideals of this school is followed： manufacturing, trade protectionism, important functions of government, high wage, innovation in education , intellectual and technology. At the same time, American school not only is regarded as forerunner of technology innovative economics and economics of List and interest theory of Bohm-Bawerk-Fish which take up unslighting important status in history of economic thought, but also its developing strategy and policy especially high wage strategy has great real value for developing countries of the contemporary era especially for China .
