摘　　要：目的:分析50例不同证型的原发性痛经患者推拿前后的脉图参数变化,探讨原发性痛经推拿疗效与脉图参数的相关性。方法:采用上海中医药大学研制的ZM-Ⅲ型智能脉象仪进行检测。结果:推拿治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,并且推拿治疗前后脉图参数中t1、h3/h1、h4/h1、h5/h1变化有统计学意义。结论:脉图参数的变化可作为原发性痛经推拿疗效评判的参考依据。Objective： Analysis of 50 cases of different syndromes in patients with primary dysmenorrhea massage before and after the pulse parameters change. Discussion primary dysmenorrhea massage curative effect and pulse parameters relevance. Methods： The Development of the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the ZM - Ⅲ intelligent pulse detection instrument. Results： The massage treatment primary dysmenorrhea curative effect is remarkable. Massage and pulse parameters before and after treatment in t1, td/h1, h4/hl, h5/h1 have statistical significance. Conclusion： Changes in pulse parameters can be used as primary dysmenorrhea massage efficacy of reference for the evaluation.
