中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎多中心的临床与实验研究,科学评价该疗法的有效性和安全性。方法:对110例确诊为慢性扁桃体炎的患者进行中医烙法治疗,对照组110例给予口服红霉素治疗。结果:经1年以上随访观察,中医烙法总有效率约为95%,对照组为82.72%。结论:中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎可达到消除炎症,保留免疫功能,显著优于对照组。治疗后局部反应较轻,许多不适合手术的患者和患儿有很好的临床应用前景。Objective ：Through the clinical and experimernt study of many centres of the method of cauterization cure chronic tonsillitis to appraise curative effect of this therapy. Methods ：The method of cauterization cure 110 patients of chronic tonsillitis, and compare group by Erythromycin. Result ：Though the observation more than one year,the total effective rates of the groups were 94.55% and 82.72% respectively. Conclusion ：The method ofcauterization was performed on patients with chronic tonsillitis that their immune function remained and that their symptoms of chronic tonsillitis had been controlled. It was better than Erythromycin group,in addition, don＇ t require anesthetizing, be without soreness, be without relapse. A lot of adults and children also can apply. The method of cauterization can be a practical therapy for chronic tonsillitis.
