生精逍遥散治疗少弱精子症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生精逍遥散治疗少弱精症所致男性不育症的疗效性和安全性。方法:74例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例用自拟生精逍遥散和对照组36例用五子衍宗丸治疗。疗程3个月。结果:治疗组总有效率92.11%;女方妊娠率为10.53%。对照组女方妊娠率为5.56%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均能提高精液质量,但治疗组在提高精子密度、前向运动精子数量方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:生精逍遥散能提高少弱精症所致男性不育症的疗效。Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengjing Xiaoyao Powder（SXP） in treating oligospermia and asthenospermia. Methods ：Eighty patients were randomized into two groups, the treated group administrated with SXP, and the controlled group administrated with Wuzi Yanzong Pills （WYP） ,both groups were treated for 3 months. The semen parameters of the patients were analyzed by computer - assisted sperm analysis system before and after the treatment. Results ：The effective rate and pregnancy rate and marked rate were 92. 11%, 10.53%,55.26% respectively in the treatment group, and 75% ,5.56% ,47.22% respectively in the control group. There are statistically significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈0.01 ）. In these two groups patients＇ sperm concentration and forward sperm motility were improved significantly. Patients of two groups were significantly improved in sperm concentration, forward sperm motility. The patients in treated group reported a significantly higher spermconcentration and forward sperm motility than that in control group. Conclusions .The SXD had the action to improve the patients＇ysperm count and motility with oligospermia and asthenospermia.
