肺心病缓解期中医治未病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肺心病缓解期中医治疗能避免肺心病的急性发作的未病率。方法:将60例肺心病缓解期患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,使用中药辨证加减治疗;对照组30例为单纯西药治疗。结果:治疗组未病率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(40.00%),P<0.05。结果:中医治疗肺心病缓解期未病率较对照组有明显差异。Objective ：The doctor of traditional Chinese medical science give Chinese medicine treat the patients who have chronic cor pulmonale in paracme just want to avoid the acute, observe 30 cases who have chronic cor pulmonale in paracme which can avoid acute,contrast group 30 case with west medicine, observe 30 case who have chronic cor pulmonale in paracme which can avoid acute. Method ：60 cases chronic cor pulmonale in paracme randomizing scheme to two group,treatment group 30 cases whom give Chinese medicine,treatment group didn＇t use Western medicine;contrast group 30 cases give Western medicine, use theophylline tablets,bromhexine hydrochloride tablets, antibiotics in necessary. Results ：Treatment group 30 cases who have chronic cor pulmonale in paracme which can avoid the acute are 93.33% ,contrast group 30 case with west medicine who have chronic cor pulmonale in paracme which can avoid the acute are 40.00% , P 〈 0.05. Conclusion ： Treatment group 30 cases whom give Chinese medicine who have chronic cor pulmonale in paracme which can avoid the acute are 93.33% ,treatment group is clear superiority to contrast group. The reason is use Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine be of great importance： ①improve metabolize and function of tissue and cellular,which make lungs function great improve. ②Prevent infection disease of lungs ：modify weak condition,improve malnutrition, perfection immunotherapy;traditional Chinese medicine of clearing heat and detoxicating can regulat complicated cytokines of inflammation,inflammation cytokines secrete not much（ stop inflammation cytokines out of eontro） ,cut down inflammation cytokines, prevent lungs infection. Summarize,chronlc cor pulmonale patients in paracme give Chinese medicine treat can avoid the acute. Those are the base why chronic cor pulmonale patients can live longer.
