滋阴清热凉血法治疗产后恶露不绝70例

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴清热凉血法治疗产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组70例,应用滋阴清热凉血法组成的滋阴清热凉血方治疗。对照组50例,应用缩宫素、益母草片及头孢拉定胶囊治疗。结果:显效率、总有效率治疗组分别为61.4%、94.3%,对照组分别为56%、80%。两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组宫内残留物25例,治愈21例,占84%;对照组宫内残留物20例,治愈10例,占50%。两组宫内残留物治愈率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴清热凉血法治疗产后恶露不绝疗效满意。Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of the law Ziyin Qingre Liangxue treatment of postpartum persistent flow of lochia. Methods ：120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ,the treatment group of 70 cases ,application of Ziyin Qingre Liangxue composed of Ziyin Qingre Liangxue side （prescription ：Ejiao, Chinese wolfberry son ,habitat, Cortex Moutan ,TPG ,motherwort , dandelion,Houttuynia cordata） treatment. The control group of 50 cases ,the application of oxytocin, motherwort tablets and capsules cefradine treatment. Results： Significant efficiency, and the total efficiency of the treatment group were 61.4%, 94.3% ,and the control group were 56% and 80%. The total efficiency of the two groups,the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Intrauterine remnants of the treatment group,25 cases,cured 21 cases,accounting for 84 percent,the control group of 20 cases of intrauterine residual cured 10 cases, accounting for 50 percent. The cure rate of intrauterine remnants of the two groups, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Treatment Ziyin Qingre Liangxue postpartum persistent flow of lochia satisfied with the effect.
