涤痰平喘胶囊中挥发油提取研究

摘　　要：目的:确立涤痰平喘胶囊中烈香杜鹃挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以挥发油的量为指标进行筛选。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为:烈香杜鹃浸泡3h,加入10倍量水,提取6h。结论:该提取工艺合理可行、效率高,为工业化生产提供了依据。Objective ：To study the optimum technique for extraction of voatile oil from Rhododendron anthopogonoids Maxim. Methods ：The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction process using the yield rate of volatile oil as indicator. Results： The optimum extraction conditions were as follows：Immersing Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim for 3. hours, added 10 times water, extraction for 6 hours. Conclusion ：The optimum extraction procedures are feasible, efficient and suitable for industrial production.
