保肝益胃合剂对大鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察保肝益胃合剂对大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:分别用四氯化碳(CC14)2mL/kg,硫代乙酰胺(TAA)200mg/kg,腹腔注射(ip),建立大鼠急性肝损伤的模型;保肝益胃合剂,多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊(易善复),甘草酸二胺胶囊(甘立欣)灌胃治疗。测定保肝益胃合剂对肝损伤大鼠的血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性,同时观测肝脏组织的病理学变化以评价肝脏损伤程度和药物的保护作用及观察死亡率。结果:CC14建立大鼠急性肝损伤的模型实验:正常对照组无死亡,保肝益胃合剂组和保肝益胃合剂+易善复组死亡率较模型对照组明显降低;保肝益胃合剂组ALT、AST值显著低于模型对照组,分别与模型对照组比较有非常显著差别(P<0.01);保肝益胃合剂组大鼠肝细胞坏死评分值显著低于模型对照组,与之比较有显著性差别(P<0.05)。TAA建立大鼠急性肝损伤的模型实验:保肝益胃合剂组ALT、AST值低于模型对照组。结论:保肝益胃合剂对大鼠急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective： The observation guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture the protective function which damages to the rat acute liver. Methods： Uses carbon tetrachloride （CCl4）2ml/kg, thioacetamide （TAA）200mg/kg, the abdominal cavity to inject （ip） separately, Establish model which the rat acute liver damages; Guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture, the polyene phosphatide acid radical choline capsule （ Yi Shanfu ） , the glycyrrhizic acid diamidogen capsule （ Gan Li joyful ） fills the stomach. The determination guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture to damage in the rat＇s blood serum to the liver valley third transaminase （ALT） , the millet straw transaminase （AST） activeness, simultaneously observes the pathology change which the liver organizes to appraise the liver extent of damage and the medicine protective function and observes the mortality rate. Results ： CCl4 creates the model experiment which the rat acute liver damages： Guarantees liver profit stomach mixture group ALT, the AST value obviously is lower than the model control group, separately has the extremely remarkable difference with the model control group comparison （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture group rat liver cell necrosis to grade the value obviously to be lower than the model control group, has the significance difference with it comparison （ P 〈 0.05） ; The normal control group does not have the death, guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture group and guarantees liver profit stomach mixture Yi Shanfu the group mortality rate to compare the model control group to reduce obviously. TAA creates the model experiment which the rat acute liver damages： Guarantees liver profit stomach mixture group ALT, the AST value is lower than the model control group. Conclusion： Guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture to be the result of the rat acute liver damage to the carbon tetrachloride to have the obvious protective function.
