大黄对硫代乙酰胺致急性肝衰竭大鼠IL-6及c-met蛋白的表达影响

摘　　要：目的:观察大黄对试验性急性肝衰竭大鼠IL-6及c-met蛋白的表达影响。方法:皮下注射硫代乙酰胺(TAA)600mg/kg体重,2次,间隔24h,造成大鼠急性肝衰竭模型,用大黄干预处理。结果:大黄可以使急性肝衰竭大鼠IL-6水平明显降低,c-met蛋白表达增强,改善肝组织病变。结论:大黄减轻TAA致急性肝衰竭大鼠的机理可能与其降低IL-6并增加c-met蛋白表达有关。Objective ：To observe the influence of Rhubarb on interleukin -6 （IL- 6 ） and c - met＇ s expression in thioacetamide -induced acute hepatic failure （AHF） in rats. Methods ：Acute hepatic failure model was established by hypodermic injection of thioacetamide （TAA） 600mg/kg twice at same time for two days, and intervened by Rhubarb, IL- 6 and the expression of c - met protein in hepatic tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results ： Rhubarb could obviously decrease IL -6 motility and enhance the expression of c - met protein in hepatic tissues. Conclusion：The mechanism of Rhubarb in reducing acute hepatic failure is possibly related with its effect in decreasing IL - 6 motility and enhancing the expression of c - met protein in hepatic tissues.
