摘　　要：笔者针对目前冶炼行业中的高炉喷吹煤粉通道阻塞问题,设计了一套基于串口通信的自动化控制系统。该系统实现了自动检测通道阻塞和自动排除通道阻塞的功能,避免了人工检测可能产生的失误,实用性强,大大提高了生产效率。In order to solve the channel blocking question of the pulverized coal injection in the current blast furnace smelting industry, the author designed a set of automatic Control system based on the serial communication. The system can detect and rule out the blocking access automatically so as to avoid the possible mistake made by human being. With its practical characteristics, this system improves the efficiency of production greatly.
