摘　　要：介绍了组态软件RSView32的功能、特点,分析了现在能源计量系统的功能和组成,给出了所设计系统的硬件组成和软件框图;分析了人机界面绘制方案,设计了DDE服务器来实现RSView32对底层设备的驱动。整个人机界面简洁、友好,系统已投入实际运行,运行效果良好。RSView32＇ s functions and peculiarity was introduced at first, then the function and combinationof modern energy consumed statistic system was analyzed, the combination of hardware and block diagram of software was given out in this system. The schema of how to design human interface was analyzed, and a DDE server was designed to realize communication between RSView32 and field devices. The human interface is briefly and amiable, and the system has been run in the company, the result is satisfied.
