摘　　要：介绍了∑-△调制器的转换原理。给出调制器的动态范围与阶数,过采样等因素的关系。提出了一种2-1级联∑-△调制器,整个电路达到三阶的效果,电路稳定。同时分析了由于系数不匹配和有限增益等因素对动态范围的影响。This paper introduces the theory of sigma -delta modulator and provides the dependence of dynamic range on order and oversampling. A 2 - 1 cascaded sigma - delta modulator is presented. It achieves the function of three - order modulators. The influence of parameter mismatch and finite gain to dynamic range is also analyzed.
