摘  要:目的:观察不同游泳运动方式下大鼠中央杏仁核(CeA)中c-fos蛋白表达的规律,探讨不同游泳运动方式对CeA的影响机制。方法:建立大鼠游泳运动模型(间歇运动、持续运动),采用ABC特异抗体免疫组织化学方法,观察不同游泳运动方式下大鼠CeA中c-fos蛋白表达的变化,并通过图像分析系统和统计学软件进行图像与数据分析。结果:对照组大鼠CeA中fos阳性细胞表达不明显,模型组明显增多;持续组游泳运动结束后,60 min时fos阳性细胞表达达到峰值,然后回落;间歇组峰值时刻点与持续组相同,但间歇组各时刻点c-fos蛋白表达数值均高于持续训练组,且两组峰值间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:间歇运动对于大鼠CeA中c-fos蛋白表达的影响更为显著,运动强度与c-fos蛋白表达呈正相关。The purpose: observing the law of expression of c-fos protein in rats' CeA in different-manner swimming and inquiring into the mechanism of effect of different-manner swimming on CeA. The methods: setting up exercise models of rats swimming (interval swimming and continuous swimming), using the method of ABC special antibody immunochemistry to observe the changes of expression of c-fos protein in Rats' CeA in different-manner swimming and analyzing the data and images with picture analyzing system and statistical software. The results: the expression of c-fos positive cells in rats' CeA in different-manner swimming isn' t obvious for the control group, while it has obviously increased for the model group; the c-fos positive cells expression of the continuous-swimming group has reached peak at 60-min after exercise, and then begin to fall, which is the same as the interval-swimming group in peak-reaching time, but the latter's values of c-fos protein expression at different time are all higher than those of the former, and there exists significant difference between the two groups in the peak value ( P 〈 0.05 ). The conclusions: the effect of interval swimming on the expression of c-fos protein in rats' CeA is more remarkable and the exercise intensity is positively correlated with the expression of c-fos protein in rats' CeA.
