摘　　要：目的:为了探讨新疆维吾尔族人ApoA5基因-1131T>C基因变异的频率及对血脂水平的影响。方法:对145例经冠脉造影排除冠心病的维吾尔族患者,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析对ApoA5基因-1131T>C多态性进行检测,比较不同基因型与个体血脂水平的关系。结果:ApoA5-1131C等位基因的频率是33%。TT、TC和CC三种基因型中,TC型与CC型的血甘油三酯(TG)水平明显高于TT型,而以CC型的TG水平最高(P均<0.05),C携带者(TC+CC)较非C携带者(TT)的TG水平增高36.2%[(2.03±1.33)mmol/Lvs(1.49±1.06)mmol/L,P<0.05]。结论:维族人群的ApoA5-1131T>C基因变异较常见,-1131C等位基因与血TG水平增高有关。Objective：To explore the gene frequency of apolipoprotein A5（ApoA5）-1131T〉C variants polymorphism and its effects on serum levels of lipids in Xinjiang Uygur population.Methods：Polymerase chain reaction restricted fragments length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）was used to detect the polymorphism ofApoA5-1131T〉C genotypes in 145 cases of coronary heart disease by coronary angiography exclude Uighur patients,study relations between different genotypes and individual lipids level.Results：The frequency of the ApoA5-1131C allele was 33%？In the three genotypes TT,TC and CC,the serum levels of triglyceride（TG）in TC and CC geno- types were significantly higher than those in TT type,especially highest in CC type（all P〈0.05）.The C carriers（TC＋CC）had a 36.2% increase in TG levels as compared to non-C carriers（TT）[（2.03±1.33）mmol/LVS（1.49±1.06）1mmol/L,P〈0.05].Conclusion：The gene variation of ApoA5-1131T〉C is relatively frequent in Xinjiang Uygur population.The-1131C allele is associated with increased serum TG levels.
