摘　　要：百合科沿阶草属植物具有抗炎、防治心血管疾病等作用,同时作为天然甾体皂苷类成分的重要来源之一,长期以来一直是国内外学者研究的热点。本文概述了沿阶草属植物的化学成分和药理活性研究进展,并对今后研究趋势进行了讨论。As curative effect for inflammatory and cardiovascular diseases and a main resource of natural steroidal saponins, much attention had been paid to plants of Ophiopogon Ker-Gawl.（Liliaceae） for a long time.The purpose of this paper was to discuss recent developments in the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the steroidal saponins from plants of Ophiopogon Ker-Gawl..So far,42 steroidal saponins had been found from 9 plants of Ophiopogon Ker-Gawl.Ruscogenin and ophiopogonin D were two active components found from traditional Chinese plant,Ophiopogon japonicus,according to the latest pharmacological studies.The application of Ophiopogon japonicus was prospected in future.
