摘  要:目的:建立胶带纸粘面上汗潜指纹的STR分型检测方法。方法:采用EZ1 Tissue试剂盒与EZ1 BioRobot全自动DNA纯化装置提取纯化汗潜指纹中的DNA,低拷贝模板(LCN)STR复合扩增,荧光电泳检测。结果:胶带纸粘面上的汗潜指纹可得到完整的power plex16基因座的STR分型,经磺酸双三嗪类荧光显色液喷雾显现的胶带纸粘面的汗潜指纹可成功进行Power Plex16位点的分型。结论:成功建立了胶带纸粘面上汗潜指纹的微量DNA检验方法。Objective:To establish the DNA examination methods to sweaty latent fingerprints deposited on adhesive side of the tape.Methods:The biological sample DNA were successfully extracted and purified with Ezl Tissue kit and Bio Robot EZ1 full automatic DNA purified instrument.Then the multiplex amplification was conducted in PCR System 9700 thermal cycler,finally,we used 3100 Genetic Analyzer for analysis of amplification products.Results:DNA of the sweaty fingerprints was extracted by Ez1 Tissue kit and Bio Robot EZ1 full automatic DNA purified instrument can be successfully STR typed.The sweaty fingerprints developed with fluorescents liquid can be successfully STR typed.Conclusions:We set up the trace DNA examination protocols of latent fingerprint on adhesive side of the tape.
