摘　　要：及时、准确地诊断肾移植术后并发症,与移植肾存活率密切相关。本文对超声造影剂及超声造影在肾移植术后发生的移植肾动脉狭窄、急性排斥反应、急性肾小管坏死等并发症的监测应用和存在的问题进行综述。To diagnosis accurately in time the complication of kidney transplant,and the complication is highly correlation with survival rate of transplant kidney.This review has summarized the questions to exist and how to monitor the complications on the transplant renal stenosis,the transplant renal acute rejection,acute tubular necrosis and so on with contrast-enhanced ultrasound.
