摘　　要：为培养创新型教师,通过分析高等职业教育"创新型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题,结合高职院校产学研结合现状,提出了通过改变传统观念,培养教师的科技创新意识;建立激励机制,鼓励教师参与科研;设立院长基金,争取各级立项;建设科研教学基地,构建产学研平台;加强科研管理,监控科研过程等方法,建设高职学院"创新型"师资队伍。By analyzing the existing problems in the construction of ＂innovative＂ teachers in higher vocational education and the current situation of ＂production, study and research＂ in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some ways to cultivate innovative teachers so as to construct the teaching staff in the higher vocational colleges. These ways includes the change of traditional ideas to foster the teachers＇ scientific and technological innovative ideas, the construction of the incentive mechanism to encourage teachers to participate scientific researches, the establishment of Foundation of President to get scientific research projects, the construction of scientific; research teaching bases to construct the platform of ＂product, study and research＂ and the strengthening of scientific research management to monitor the research process.
