摘 要:在蒽醌法工艺全流程模试装置上,采用含四丁基脲工作液、富氧空气在筛板氧化塔氧化及带聚凝板筛板塔萃取等技术,对蒽醌法氧化、萃取工艺过程进行了强化研究。结果显示:氧化塔H2O2生产能力提高至32kg/(m3.h);萃取液中过氧化氢质量分数可达50%。与空气鼓泡塔氧化相比,采用筛板塔和富氧空气进行氧化,均可提高氧化塔生产能力;在萃取塔内添加聚凝板,可增强萃取效果。Study on the enhancement of oxidation and extraction steps was carried out in the model plant by using working solution containing tetrabutyl urea(TBU), oxidating in sieve-plate column with oxygen-enriched air and extracting in sieve-plate column with coalescing plate. The results show that the production capacity of the oxidation column rise to 32kg(H2O2)/(m^3·h), H2O2 mass fraction in extract solution attain to 50%. Compared with bubble column and air oxidation process, the production capacity of the sieve-plate oxidation column with oxygen-enriched air can increase, the extraction effect can be enhanced by adding coalescing plate in the extraction column.
