近红外光谱法同时测定聚醚羟值和伯羟基相对含量

摘　　要：用普通玻璃瓶作样品池,用近红外光谱法同时测定聚醚多元醇的羟值和伯羟基相对含量,与传统分析方法相比,结果较为满意(R2(羟值)=0.9941,R2(伯羟基相对含量)=0.9830)。这种方法可以在工业生产中作为一种简捷、迅速的测定方法而应用。Hydroxyl value and primary hydroxyl relative content of polyether polyol were determined by near-infrared（NIR） spectroscopy using a common glass vial as a sample container. Compared with those from conventional analysis, the overall prediction results are comparatively satisfying（R^2（HV）=0.9941, R^2（PHC）=0.993 0）. It can be utilized as a simple and fast quality analysis method in actual industrial production.
