摘  要:通过对200万t/a氧化球团矿链篦机-回转窑生产线链篦机生球爆裂、回转窑结圈的检测分析和试验研究,提出了较为合理的链篦机生球干燥风速和风温,以及链篦机和回转窑温度梯度参数,据此进行了该生产线技术改造和参数调整,有效地解决了链篦机生球爆裂和回转窑结圈问题,使球团生产稳定顺行、能力提高、质量改善、能耗降低,取得了显著的经济效益,为大规模氧化球团矿链篦机-回转窑生产线的设计和生产提供了翔实的技术依据。Test analysis and studies of green pellet cracking in chain grate and ring in rotary kiln are put forward in a chain grate-rotary kiln production line with oxidized pellet of 2 millions t/a. Proper wind velocity and temperature for drying Of the green pellet in chain grate are acquired, as welt as the temperature gradient param- eters in chain grate and rotary kiln, on which the technical reform and parametric adjustment of the production line are carried out. The problems of green pellet cracking in chain grate and ring in rotary kiln are solved consequentiy, and the peliet production is in direct motion on in a stable state, with improved capacity and quality, and reduced energy consumption. Notable economical benefits are obtained; besides, the research and improvement carried in this study provide full and accurate technical basis for the design and production of chain graterotary kiln for oxidized pellet on a large scale.
