摘 要:X射线荧光分析仪分为波长色散型和能量色散型两种,其主要区别在于波长色散型X射线荧光分析仪有分光晶体。分光晶体按其几何外形分为平晶和弯晶,其中弯晶又分为洛仑兹圆形和对数螺旋线型弯晶等。本文系统地分析了分光晶体的应用原理,对对数螺旋线型分光晶体的计算方法、计算机仿真和设计等进行了深入研究。采用LiF作为材料加工制造了Fe元素测量通道的分光晶体,并采用两种不同功率的X光管作为激发源进行了测试。实验证明,分光晶体设计正确,分光效果优越,可作为载流X荧光品位分析仪的分光晶体应用。X-ray fluorescence analyzer can be divided into wavelength dispersion and energy dispersion, the major difference is the wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer contained analyzing crystal. Analyzing crystal can be divided into plane analyzing crystal and bent analyzing crystal by shape, the bent analyzing crystal can be divided into Lorentz circle and log spiral crystal and etc. In this paper, the application principle of analyzing crystal is systemic analyzed, the calculate method, computer emulate and design method of log spiral crystal are studied. The analyzing crystal of Fe element measure channel is machined with LiF. The experiments proof that the analyzing crystal designing is right and the spectroscopic effect is well, so it can be used on the onstream X-ray fluorescence analyzer.
