参萸清眩膏治疗梅尼埃病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参萸清眩膏对梅尼埃病的疗效。方法:对220例梅尼埃病患者随机分为治疗组110例,参萸清眩膏50mlbid;对照组110例用654-2针10mg和西比灵10mgbid治疗,4周为一疗程。结果:其中治疗组110例,临床治愈84例、显效13例、好转4例、总有效率91.8%;对照组110例中:痊愈69例、显效11例、有效4例、无效26例、有效率76.4%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:参萸清眩膏具有良好的抗眩晕作用:滋补肝肾、填精益髓、缓晕止眩、价廉、方便、效果独特。Objective： To observe the effects of ShenYuQingXuanGao on Meinere＇s disease. Methods： Two hundred and twenty patients with Meinere＇s disease were randomly divided into two groups： 110 in treatment group given 50 ml bid ShenYuQingXuanGao; the other 110 in control group given 10 mg 654-2 and 10 mg funarzine. Four weeks was defined as one treatment course. The effects were observed. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.8 %, while the control group was 76.4 %. （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： ShenYuQingXuanGao has good effects on Meinere＇s disease. And it is cheap, effective,and simple to use.
