纳米人工骨在12例上肢粉碎性骨折中的应用

摘  要:12例上肢骨损伤患者为C1或C3型粉碎骨折,在内固定手术同时一期植入成分为羟基磷灰石和β-磷酸三钙的纳米人工骨。术后12例患者均未用外固定,术前、术中及术后3d应用抗生素,术后48h解除加压包扎,患者开始功能锻炼。12例患者随访6~12个月,所有病例均未发生骨延期愈合或不愈合。纳米人工骨材料无严重毒副作用,无严重并发症,可用于粉碎性骨折一期植入治疗。There were 12 patients who were all type C1 or C3 epipod comminuted fracture. By means of the internal fixation, all patients were transplanted with the nanometer artificial bones, comprising hydroxyapatite and β-tricalcium phosphate. The 12 patients used the bacteriophages preoperation, during operation and 3 days postoperation. They were free from pressure dressing and started to take exercises 48 hours postoperatively. Followed up for 6-12 months, all of the 12 patients healed well. So nanometer artificial bone is an effective method for the epipodite comminuted fracture, without any severe toxicity or complications.
