摘 要:在电站的各种事故中,锅炉事故所占比例最高,而锅炉的各种事故又以过热器和再热器超温爆管事故率最高。爆管的主要原因有吸热不均、流量不均和结构不均。本文在分析锅炉设计中结构不均而引起的屏式过热器同屏并联各管的流量偏差问题基础上,提出了一种可以准确计算并联各管中流体流量的新方法。为进一步分析过热器和再热器的超温爆管奠定了基础。In all kinds of accidents in power stations,the boiler accidents bold the largest proportion.While in all boiler accidents,leak of superheater and reheater happers most frequently owing to to the superhingh temperature.The leak mainly has three reasons:the heat absorption deviation,the flow deviation and the structure deviation.This paper andlyzes parallelconnected tubes in the screen-type superheater finds out that the flow deviation problem is mainly caused by the structure deviation in boiler design and presents a new way to accurately calculate the fluid flow of parallel connected tubes,thus lies a basis to further analyze the superheater and reheater tube's leak.
