摘 要:目的解决套保油田开发中底层水因固井不合格上窜油层,稠油开采经济效益差两大技术难题。方法经过大量矿场试验摸索,用不钻穿隔层方式有效阻止了底水上窜。在生产实践中采用出砂冷采稠油开发方式,形成特有的钻井生成工艺技术,提高稠油开采效率。结果解决了套保油田底水层上窜油层的问题,提高了稠油开采的经济效益。结论研究采用的出砂冷采稠油开发方式为其他油田稠油资源的开发提供了参考模式。Aim To solve the following two kinds of technology problems in Taobao oilfield development, the first is upward channeling of bottom water due to low quality cementing;the second is the poor economic benefits in heavy oil production. Methods According to a large number of laboratory experiments and on-site field tests, the technique without drilling through barrier can be adopted to prevent upward channeling of bottom water. The method of cold heavy oil production with sand (CHOPS) is applied in heavy oil production in Taobao oil field, the unique techniques of drilling well engineering formed in oil production in Taobao oil field ,the unique techniques of drilling well engineering formed in oil production improved oil production efficiency. Results The technical problem of upward channeling of bottom water has effectively solved with the application of special heavy oil production techniques and this techniques improved the economic production efficiency. Conclusion The technique CHOPS can be made as a pattern of heavy oil production for the other oil field.
