概念规划在国内典型区域的应用——对陕西省蔡家坡地区的实证研究

摘　　要：目的把握概念规划在中国的发展动态,探讨在新兴城市化地区、经济结构转型城市、中西部经济欠发达城市的应用前景。方法在回顾中国国内概念规划产生背景、发展态势的基础上,运用实证研究和综合分析的方法,对陕西省蔡家坡地区进行案例研究。结果针对实际情况提出蔡家坡地区的规划理念、规划重点、战略定位和战略举措。结论概念规划是中国城市规划体系之外的一种新兴形式,随着城市化进程的加快,在新兴城市化地区、中西部经济起飞地区,概念规划的编制和研究将会有较大需求。Aim In order to master overall development situations of the concept planning in China, the future application in the new developing urbanization region was discussed and the low developed economic structural city of the middle and western were studied. Methods Using field investigation and datum analysis, as well as urbanization theory, a case study of the current situation condition of the Cajiapo in Shaanxi Province was analyzed. Results Development ideas were presented, and strategic actions were clarified based on plan emphases and development location. Conclusion Concept planning would be used widely in western and middle China.
