摘　　要：主要介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)在热钢坯端面打号机控制系统中的应用。首先,对热钢坯端面打号机的机械系统和主要功能进行简单介绍;然后,对PLC的硬件组态及其程序流程进行叙述,并对系统设计、软件设计和主要功能进行详细说明;最后,对PLC通信的程序设计进行了简要介绍,具体给出了PLC与人机界面之间、PLC与LUST伺服之间通信的实现方法。研究结果表明,运用PLC控制技术,大大提高了热钢坯端面打号机控制系统工作的稳定性。The application of programmable logic controller（PLC） in the control system of the hot billet marking equipment was introduced. At first,the machine system and the main function were introduced. Then the hard-ware configuration of PLC and the order of programming were explained, And the system design, software design,and major function of system were also described in detail. Finally, the designing communication program of PLC was shown, the way of communication of PLC to the human ma- chine interface（HMI） and the LUST servo were also shown. To using the technology of PLC, it can effective improve stability of the hot billet marking equipment.
