摘  要:设计一种基于SHE的特定谐波发生装置.其主体电路为三电平逆变电路,包括开关器件MOSFET及其驱动电路开关器件的保护电路,对电路的各个环节进行处理.选择合适的直流电源,并进行适当的滤波,以提高波形质量.完成波形发生装置控制系统部分的软硬件设计,给出控制系统的工作流程和软件的运行流程.实验验证,基于SHE特定谐波消除原理的谐波发生装置,能够发出精度较高的谐波波形.A harmonic generator based on selective harmonic elimination was designed. Its major structure was the three-level inversion circuit. The detail segments of the three-level inversion circuit, including the switches MOSFET, its drive circuit, and the protection of the switches, were offered. The suitable DC power supply and the wave filtering were chosen to improve the wave quality. The software and the hardware of the wave-generator control system have been developed, including the work process of the control system and the operation of the software. The result of test shows that the harmonic generator is higher precision, and more flexible, more controllable and wider output characteristics.
