摘  要:当今在世界发达国家,荧光灯在室内照明中,几何已完全取代白炽灯,而成为主要的电光源。按照中国照明电器协会的统计数据,目前,在中国,荧光灯的年生产总量已达到55亿只。众知,荧光灯是一种深度加工产品。在制灯过程中几乎涉及化学元素周期表中元素的三份之二。特别是,至今仍不能避免使用有毒元素汞。也许每个荧光灯的汞量可能低于5 mg,但是当我们面临55亿只的荧光灯年产量时,我们不能不考虑我国制灯工业的环境保护问题已是十分严峻的。我们必须紧迫而及时地解决它。本文对德国OSRAM公司在上个世纪八十年代早期所做的,有关这方面的工作进行了回顾。Nowadays in the developed countries in the world have the fluorescent lamps almost fully replaced the incandescent lamps in the interior lighting and became the main electric light sources. A of the Lighting Electric Equipment Society of China, in China there is yearly an enormous production amount of fluorescent lamps( F.L. ) about 5.5 milliards. As we know, F.L. is a product with deep treatment. About two thirds of chemical elements of the periodic system are involved in the F.L. manufacturing. Especially up to now we still cannot avoid using the poisonous element, mercury. Even if the amount of mercury pro lamp maybe below 5 mg, but when we are facing an enormous yearly F.L. production amount of 5.5 milliards , I think, the environment protection problem in our lamp- industry is really very severely. We have to resolve it urgently. A brief review about the work, which had been made by the OSRAM Company in Germany in the early Eighties of the last century, is made in this paper.
