缺电成本与可靠性规划的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了缺电成本与可靠性的关系，阐述了确定最佳可靠性的方法，并探讨了基于缺电成本的可靠性规划问题。Power outage cost is a very important parameter in power market. This paper studies the relationship between outage cost and reliability,points out that it is necessary to take outage cost into account when planning reliability,then proposes how to determine the optimum reliability. Reliability planning based on outage cost is discussed in this paper.
