针刺“四关穴”对老年痴呆模型大鼠学习能力影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针刺激"四关穴"(双合谷、双太冲)对老年痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将40只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、针刺组和西药组,每组10只,全部治疗结束后所有大鼠均进行水迷宫试验。结果与模型组相比,针刺组的学习记忆能力显著提高(P<0.01);与西药组相比,针刺组的学习记忆能力无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论电针刺激四关穴能明显缩短水迷宫学习时间,改善受损的中枢胆碱能神经系统,提高老年痴呆模型大鼠的学习记忆能力。Objective Influence of electric- needling aeupoint Siguan on the learning ability and memory of model rats of Alzheimer＇s disease.Methods Forty rats were equally divided into four groups：blank ,model,electric- needling,and Arieept groups.All the rats were expimented on by Water Maze Test in the end. Results Compaired with model group, the learning ability and the memory of rats in electric-needling group were improved（ P 〈0.01 ）;there was not significant difference （ P 〉 0.05）betwecn Aeerip group, and electric- needling group in learning ability and memory. Conclusions Electric - needling acupoint Siguan can significantly reduce the time of Water Maze Test, restore the eental nervous cholinergic system, and improve the learning ability and memory of model rats.
