摘　　要：毛泽东不仅是伟大的马克思主义者,还是举世闻名的国际战略家。他在领导中国革命和建设的伟大实践中,始终关注国际风云的变幻,根据世界各种基本矛盾、政治力量及国际格局的变化,从新中国面临的国际环境出发,提出了一系列国际战略思想,对建立新中国、捍卫国家主权、提高中国的国际地位,起了十分重要的作用。而且对当今科学分析错综复杂的国际形势,制定21世纪的中国国际战略,具有深远的战略指导意义。Mao Zedong is not only a great Marxist but an international strategist worldly known as well. Under his leadership of Chinese revolution and construction, he is concerned with the international changes. He proposes many international strategic thoughts according to various contradictions, political forces and the changes of international situation. After new China is founded in 1949, he proposes many strategies according to international environment, which play an important role in founding a new China, safeguarding China＇s sovereignty and raising China＇s position. They have great significance in analyzing the complex international situation now and making up the international strategies in the 21 st century.
