河北省钢铁产业循环发展模式研究

摘　　要：本文依据循环经济理论的指导,结合河北省钢铁产业的发展现状,提出河北省钢铁产业发展循环经济的必要性;重点分析了河北省钢铁产业发展循环经济中存在的问题,并从钢铁企业铁矿资源供给、钢铁产业价值链以及钢铁产业区域规划三个层面对河北省钢铁产业的循环经济模式作了探讨,为推动河北省钢铁产业的可持续发展提出必要对策与建议。Under the direction of the Circular Economy theories, this paper points out that it＇s necessary to develop the circular economy of the steel industry in Hebei Province combining the present situation of the steel industry in Hebei Province. This paper mainly analyzes the existent problem in the steel industry＇s development of the circular economy in Hebei Province, studies the circular economy mode of the steel industry in Hebei Province from three layers-the iron mine resources supply of the steel enterprises, the value chain of the steel industry and the regional planning of the steel industry, and provides countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the steel industry in Hebei Province.
