摘　　要：本文通过分析河北省"十五"期间软科学研究的基本状况及存在的问题,提出了加强政府管理职能、加大经费投入、加强软科学队伍与基地建设、加强软科学研究成果转化、加大软科学协作力度以及恢复河北省科技进步奖中软科学奖项的设立等多项对策与建议。On the basis of the analysis about the soft science research conditions and the existing problems of soft science research in Hebei province during＂the Tenth Five- Year Plan＂Period , the future development options of the soft science research in Hebei province are to be put forward, which include strengthening the management functions, increase investment, strengthening the ranks of soft science reserch and base- building, strengthening research achievements into applicantion, increase the intensity of collaboration and restoring Technology Progress Award in the soft science in our province.
