摘　　要：民营企业融资难的问题已经成为束缚民营企业发展的最大障碍之一。融资困难的原因很多,既有历史的体制原因,也有企业自身的原因,还有银行不愿贷款的原因。对于这些原因,我们要具体分析,找出民营企业融资困难的症结所在。健全和完善民营企业信用担保体系、健全和完善资本市场,加大政府对民营企业的扶持力度,提高民营企业自身素质,是解决我国民营企业融资困境的关键。The problem of financing for private enterprises has become the biggest obstacle to restrain their development. The reasons are system of the Past, the private enterprises themselves and the banks unwilling to credit. This paper means to analyze the reasons and find out the root of financing difficulty, correspondingly, concludes that the key to solving financing difficulty is to improve their credit guarantee system and capital market, add support from the government, and increase the quality of private enterprises.
