摘  要:分析同一类型橡胶隔振器硬度与静刚度之间的内在关系,用实验方法建立某型隔振器硬度与静刚度的函数关系;讨论刚度对隔振器性能的影响,提出基于原位测定橡胶硬度判定橡胶隔振器实时性能的无损检测方法。The internality relationship between the rubber's static rigidity and stiffness for the rubber mount was analyzed. The relative function between the stiffness and static rigidity for the isolator was established by experiment The influence of the rubber rigidity upon the mount's performance of vibration-isolation was discussed to put forward the nondestructive examination (NED) method to judge the rubber mount's performance of vibration-isolation based on real-time measurement of rubber's stiffness.
