摘 要:从植物中提取RNA的方法有多种,由于花生种子富含脂肪、蛋白质、多糖和酚类化合物,有些方法并不适于花生种子RNA的提取。本文设计了一种从花生种子中分离高质量总RNA的方法,并提取了花生的根、茎、叶、种子等不同器官的RNA。结果证明,利用该方法提取的花生种子总RNA质量较高,完全能满足后续的分子生物学研究。同样也适于花生根、茎、叶总RNA的提取。Many methods for the extraction of RNA from plant tissues haven been developed at present. Because peanut seeds are rich in lipid, protein, polysaccharide and phenolic compounds, some methods that usually used are not appropriate for the extraction of RNA from peanut seeds. A highly efficient method of total RNA extraction from peanut seeds was developed. We applied the method to isolate total RNA from seed, root, stem and leaf of peanut. The results showed that the RNA obtained from peanut seeds with this method had high quality and could be used in molecular biological research. The method also could be used in the isolation of total RNA from root, stem and leaf.
