摘 要:目的观察月华胶囊对异烟肼(INH)、利福平(RFP)、吡嗪酰胺(PZA)合用致大鼠肝损伤的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法将SD大鼠56只随机分成正常对照组、病理模型组、月华胶囊低、中、高剂量组,九味肝泰胶囊组、肝泰乐组,灌胃28d。观测肝组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽含量(GSH)、过氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)。结果①给药各组降低丙二醛和升高过氧化物岐化酶明显优于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中月华胶囊高、中剂量组效果较好,与低剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),与肝泰乐组,九味肝泰组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②给药各组升高谷胱甘肽明显优于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各治疗组间比较,其差异无统计学意义。结论月华胶囊对INH、RFP、PZA合用所致的大鼠肝损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与其抗脂质过氧化作用有关。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Yuehua capsules (YHC) on hepatic injury induced by combing use of isoniazid(INH), rifampicin(RFP) and pyrazinamide(PZA) in rats. Methods 56 SD rats were randomly divided into-control, model, YHC high-dose, YHC middle-dose, YHC low--dose, Jiuwei Gantai capsule and Gantaile groups and killed at 28th day, and then, the contents of malandialdehyde and glutathione, the activity of superoxide dismutase in rat liver homogenate were measured. Results There was an obvious difference in decreasing the MDA content, increasing SOD activity content between each treatment groups and model group (P〈0.01), in which, the effects in YHC high-dose and middle-dose groups were better than that in YHC low-dose group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05), and also than that in Jiuwei Gantai and Gantaile groups (P〈0.05). There was an obvious difference in increasing GSH content between each treatment groups and model group (P〈0.01) and no difference between each treatment groups. Conclusions YHC can protect hepatic injury caused by anti-tubercular drugs in rats,and its mechanism may be related to anti-lipid peroxidation.
