腰痛散熨摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察腰痛散熨摩法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为腰痛散组(治疗组)和汉宝袋组(对照组),10d为1个疗程,1个疗程后及经3个月～1年的随访,观察治疗前后症状、体征变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组能明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状和体征,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论腰痛散熨摩法能有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状和体征,是一种值得推广的中医外治法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of wanning massage with Yaotong powder for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Methods 120 patients with LIDH were randomly divided into treating group（TG）, treated with wanning massage with Yaotong powder, and control group （CG） with hanbao drug-bag. Then, the therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course and in 3 months to 1 years. Results Both therapies were capable of improving symptoms significantly（P〈0.05）, and it was more significantly effective in TG than it in CG （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Wanning massage with Yaotong powder is significantly effective to improve manifestations of LIDH and worth to use in clinic.
