摘 要:对副枪、炉气分析相结合在半钢炼钢中使用存在的问题进行讨论,通过生产试验,提出在冶炼中期利用炉气分析曲线指导过程控制与操作,预报炉渣返干与喷溅,进行过程控制动态炼钢。在吹炼后期,CO与CO2曲线交叉后(即w(C)〈0.20%时),炉气分析C预报较准确,利用其进行终点碳控制,实现不倒炉炼钢。在吹氧量为80%~85%与停吹氧30S后,副枪使用T或TS探头进行测量,对炉气分析模型温度进行修正,可提高炉气分析模型终点温度控制的准确性,减少副枪探头成本消耗。当入炉条件信息不准确时,副枪与炉气分析相结合使用是较合理的选择。The problems of sub-lance and off-gas analysis for semi-steel steelmaking are discussed. It is suggested that the process in the middle of blowing control can be controlled, drying and slopping of slag can be forecasted, dynamic steelmaking can be carried out by gas off analysis. In the last period of blowing, when C〈0.20%, carbon content is forecast more accurately by off-gas analysis, so end point carbon can be controlled, and tapping without turning down can be realized. After 80%-85% of 02 was consumed and 30 seconds after blowing end, temperature can be measured by T or TS probe of sub-lance to correct the temperature calculated by offgas analysis model and improve accuracy of terminal temperature control, reduce cost of using sub-lance probe. When initial information of a converter heat is not accurate, the use of sub-lance with gas-off analysis model is quite reasonable.
