摘  要:研究了未再结晶固溶处理对18Ni型无钴马氏体时效钢组织和拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明,无钴马氏体时效钢经过未再结晶固溶处理后,马氏体形貌由块状转变为细小的条束状,拉伸断口上的韧窝明显变小变密;固溶态的硬度提高约3(HRC),抗拉强度提高约100 MPa;而时效态的硬度和强度提高幅度较小。Influence of un-recrystallization solution treatment on microstructure and tensile properties of 18Ni cobaltfree maraging steel was investigated. The experimental results showed that after un-recrystallization solution treatment,the morphology of martensites was changed from blocky to stringer, and the dimples on the tensile fracture became much finer; the hardness and tensile strength of the steel in solution condition increased by about HRC 3 and 100 MPa, respectively, but increased less for aged steel.
