摘　　要：由于对用于生产能源的核电站提出了更高的要求,促使人们对不锈钢无缝钢管生产产生了极大的兴趣。达涅利能够满足这一高技术钢材市场的要求,可提供极具竞争力的解决方案。通过提供核心生产工艺所需的创新设备,其中包括圆坯剥皮准备和下游挤压加工,不仅具有很高的产能,而且产品质量卓越,生产成本低廉。介绍了整个无缝钢管生产工艺过程,特别是圆坯剥皮、均整和挤压过程控制。The renovated request for nuclear power station has triggered a high interest in the steel market for the production of stainless steel seamless pipe. Danieli ＆ C. Officine Meccaniche,is able to offer competitive solutions also for this high technical market. By means of innovative equipment in the core part of the process, that is in billet preparation by peeling and the downstream extrusion,Danieli plants are characterized of high productivity of optimal quality products with reduced production costs. In the following paper the complete pipe production process is de- scribed with a particular attention to the peeling,reeling process and extrusion process control.
